OVERVIEW
As a member of the Partners Healthcare System, Pentucket Medical is a multi-specialty group practice with five locations and two urgent care sites. Pentucket partnered with Intersecting Knowledge in order to audit their current social media strategy and execute recommendations and improvements to the patient experience. IK also provides ongoing support for collateral such as posters, mailers, weekly newsletters and events.
